Delivery

At Lullabye-Gifts our aim is to despatch all goods by Royal Mail 1st Class Post within 24 hours of your order, therefore your order should be received within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated.  We are currently offering FREE post and packing on all orders within the UK mainland.  If you require your order sooner or are outwith the UK mainland, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.

Returns & Cancellations

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the original selling price of the item or send you an exchange providing the goods are returned within 28 days and are in a re-saleable condition.  We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of post, packing or insurance.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or in a faulty condition, we will be glad to offer either an exchange or full refund including P&P.  Please contact us straight away on receipt to discuss.
